The homeowners envisioned a multifunctional outdoor space where they could cook, dine, entertain, and unwind, but their existing backyard was an underutilized expanse of lawn with no structure, shade, or defined areas for gathering.

The Solution
We designed and built a layered outdoor environment with multiple zones—each one tailored to support connection, relaxation, and year-round use. A custom outdoor kitchen and dining area sit beneath a sleek, louvered pergola that offers adjustable shade and integrated lighting.
Just steps away, a sunken lounge area centers around a modern fire feature, framed by low retaining walls and a backdrop of vertical privacy panels. Large-format pavers unify the entire layout, giving each area a clean, contemporary foundation while guiding movement from one space to the next. Stylish plantings and decorative containers soften the space and add seasonal interest without overwhelming the design.
